Our thermoforming facilities are suitable for producing plastic trays or forming’s suitable for a wide range of applications. ASM’s vacuum process is known for its cost-effectiveness and the speed of the manufacturing process. ASM CAN produce custom fabrications made from ABS, PETG, HIPS and PFA. We heat shrink sleeving and sheet to your precise requirements.
VACUUM FORMING
Our range of equipment can produce vacuum formed parts of a wide range of sizes, in various materials up to 6mm in thickness.
From one off prototypes to larger batch sizes, our in house thermoforming facility can cater to your needs.
MATERIALS
If you require small to medium amounts of material suitable for thermoforming quickly, we can offer a supply of material including HIPS, PETG and ABS.
As well as a range of thicknesses we can also supply custom sheet sizes to suit your needs.

RECYCLING
As part of our commitment to sustainability and the circular economy,we are keen to offer recycling services for waste plastic materials.
If you have any plastic trays or formings which are surplus to requirement,we can arrange collection and will grind the waste material down to provide a raw material for further processing.
We can handle various materials, specialising in HIPS and ABS.
