3D DESIGN
ASM’s in house designers use various software solutions to create technical drafts of simple and complex plans to assist our manufacturing team.
The designs created by our designers not only help our clients determine the budget of their project but also help make you feel part of the process.
ASM designers can work without any CAD designs but also with 2D CAD,2.5D CAD Prismatic models, 3D CAD, 3D wireframe and surface modelling and solid geometry modelling.
PROTOTYPING
ASM is equipped to help our clients take their initial designs from drawing to prototyping as quickly and easily as possible. We realise that in a global market, the ability to be agile with new designs is an advantage and our team are on hand to help.
Our facilities are aligned to ensure that lead times are kept to a minimum through the design process.
We encourage a collaborative approach to design and prototyping and a focus on human led design helps us achieve our goal of “right first time”.
3D PRINTING
3D printing is a process of making three dimensional solid objects from a digital file. The creation of 3D printed object is achieved by laying down successive layers of material until the object is created.
Each of these layers can be seen as a thinly sliced cross-section of the object. ASM 3D printing enables the production of complex shapes, quickly and economically.
Our process is ideal for prototyping new designs solutions and for bringing your ideas to life.
